The book's emphasis is on integrating your own software with Office365. Includes many examples of REST API calls used by an external application to upload/retrieve data contained to/from Office365 applications.
I'm a programmer with 40 years of C/C++ programmer experience including Windows. I have read many many Microsoft Programming books. But I'm finding this one a pretty hard go. It seems to cover a large number of difficult subjects very superficially, so it's not clear where, if anywhere, its going to get me in practice. But I blame Microsoft for turning the interface to Office into such a mess in the first place, with twelve different ways of doing anything -- and none of them very good!
